What you can write to us about
- A miscategorized restaurant or dish. Dietary tags are estimated, so they're sometimes wrong. Tell us the place and what's off, and we'll correct it.
- Feedback and feature ideas. Missing a diet, a city, or a feature? Let us know — a lot of what's in the app started as a user suggestion.
- Bug reports. If something isn't working, include your device and browser and what you were doing, and we'll look into it.
- Privacy and your data. Questions about what we store, or requests to delete your account data, go to the same address. See our Privacy Policy for details.
- Business and press. For partnership or media questions, email us with "Press" or "Partnership" in the subject line.
Reporting content
Restaurant reviews on HealthyBite are written by users. If you see a review that's abusive, false, or otherwise violates our Terms of Service, you can report it from within the app, or email us with a link or description and we'll review it promptly.
Please don't email us for allergy advice about a specific restaurant. We can't verify what's safe for you — only the restaurant can. Always confirm ingredients and preparation with their staff before ordering. Our guide to eating out with food allergies explains how.
